Books that moved me

Addictions: A Banquet in the Grave: Finding Hope in the Power of the Gospel by Edward T. Welch

Scriptures that mean a lot to me

Psalm 113:9
He causes the childless woman to live at home happily as a mother of children. Halleluyah!

Psalm 130:13-16

You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.

In 2001 I made the decision to study. I hadn't achieved much at school due to beliefs about myself, but going back into education has proved my self beliefs to be false. At present I'm studying a City & Guilds diploma in Delivering Learning. Gaining this qualification will enable me to teach. The diploma is training me about the 'methods' of teaching. I didn't realise there was so much to it!
